These images was taken in Northern British Columbia. I’ve never considered myself a wild life photographer, but my collection says otherwise. I appreciate how the Osprey blends into his surroundings so well. You can look at this image and not even see him.
I’ve chosen a darker and lighter version of the same Osprey. Taken about 20min apart as the sun went down. I like both, but each would serve a room quite differently.
When I think of my photos I always think of them in large scale, they look good small or large, but I always imagine them large or life size, commanding attention. I would love to see this photo in a large room, commanding attention, maybe sitting above a couch, taking up the majority of the length.
